PrestoVideo legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective August 29, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern orders for PrestoVideo services provided by The Human Workforce. By submitting an order and confirming the disclosures in the order form, you agree to these terms.
1. Service and production process
We manually create a social video from the brief, selections, and materials you provide. We may use AI-assisted production tools. You receive a private, Unlisted YouTube preview to review before payment. The preview is for evaluation only and is not the final downloadable product.
2. Customer responsibilities
You confirm that your instructions and factual claims are accurate, that you are authorized to promote the named business or project, and that you own or have permission to use every submitted logo, image, recording, trademark, and other asset. You are responsible for reviewing names, claims, spelling, contact details, and creative choices in the preview before purchasing.
3. Prohibited content
Requests containing pornographic, drug-related, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate language or stories will be rejected and will not be fulfilled. We may also reject content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe. Rejected submissions may receive no production response beyond any notice we choose or are legally required to provide.
4. Review before purchase
You may watch the completed preview before paying. The preview is the finished creative offer and no changes are included. If you like the video, you may purchase it. If you do not like it, do not purchase it.
5. Payment, final sale, and delivery
Payment is requested only after the preview is available for your review. Because you can review the product before purchasing, all sales are final once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by law or we fail to deliver the agreed final file. After confirmed payment, we send a private Google Drive link to download the final MP4. You are responsible for saving your copy.
6. Creative and technical limitations
Video production involves creative judgment and technical variation. Your purchase confirms acceptance of the reviewed preview, including its visual style, narration, timing, captions, music, and other apparent characteristics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Human Workforce and its owners, workers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for minor imperfections, subjective dissatisfaction, platform compression, display differences, or downstream changes made by social media platforms after delivery.
7. Ownership and permitted use
After full payment, you may download and publish the delivered final MP4 for your own lawful business, project, or personal promotion. Rights in third-party assets, music, fonts, platforms, and tools remain with their respective owners. You may not use the preview or final file unlawfully or in a way that violates another party’s rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
9. Availability and timing
We aim to upload a preview as quickly as possible, usually within four hours during U.S. working hours. Nights, weekends, holidays, unusually complex briefs, or service interruptions may extend response time up to 24 hours or require a revised estimate.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future orders. The version presented when you submit your order governs that order. Questions may be sent to info@thehumanworkforce.com.
